Alberto is a national of Spain and was the Chief of Area for eGovernment in the Division of Information and Communication Technology in the Ministry of Justice (Spanish Government) where he was responsible for managing the planning, development, and communication of public information systems. Alberto has 15 years of experience in both the public and private sector in complex international and national projects.
Alberto holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, a Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and a Master Degree in Public Management from the Spanish National Institute of Public Administration. He was a recipient of the Fulbright scholarship.
Alberto is married and has two beautiful little daughters.
