The Evaluation Office (EVAL) of the International Labour Organization is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified individuals to expand its pool of national evaluation consultants.

National evaluation consultants will be expected to support a long-term data collection process as part of institutional and decentralized portfolio of evaluations. National evaluation consultants will support evaluation scoping, in-country data collection (on-site field visits, meetings, discussions, and interviews with stakeholders) and reporting, as required. Detailed TORs will be provided for each assignment.
