Call for EOI - Independent Final Evaluation of ILO project on Labour Standards in Global Supply Chains (LSGSC) - Programme of Action for Asia and the Garment Sector

The ILO’s Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals to conduct an independent final evaluation of “Labour Standards in Global Supply Chains (LSGSC)” – the project has been funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Federal Republic of Germany represented by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).   

Candidates intending to submit an expression of interest must supply the following information:

  1. A description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment.
  2. A list of previous evaluations that are relevant to the context and subject matter of this assignment.
  3. A statement confirming their availability to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fee expressed in US dollars.
  4. A copy of the candidate’s curriculum vitae (which must include information about the qualifications held by the candidate).
  5. A statement confirming that the candidate has no previous involvement in the delivery of the LSGSC project in Cambodia, Indonesian and Pakistan as well as regional (Asia and the Pacific) and global levels or a personal relationship with any ILO Officials who are engaged in the project.
  6. The names of two referees who are able to be contacted.

The deadline to submit expression of interest for undertaking the evaluation is by 5.00 pm (Bangkok time) on Monday, 15 October 2018.
