Vacancy Announcement Details

UNHCR is soliciting proposals from qualified companies/firms/academic and research institutions for a multi- year longitudinal evaluation of the implementation of UNHCR's 2018 Age, Gender and Diversity policy.  This evaluation is commissioned by the UNHCR Evaluation Service and is intended to generate evidence that helps inform and guide the implementation of the Policy.
 
Through a case study based approach, the evaluation aims to:
 
·    contribute to ongoing strategic reflections on UNHCR’s AGD policy and practice;
·    analyse and assess the practical applications of the AGD policy as it is implemented in country operations;
·    assess UNHCR’s progress toward meeting the core actions of the AGD policy over the course of the evaluation;
·    assess the effectiveness of the systems and processes that support UNHCR’s AGD policy implementation; and
·    document promising practices and lessons learnt that could contribute to greater organisational learning on the effective implementation of AGD.
