UNAIDS are looking for a consultant with evaluation and organizational management/systems development expertise for an evaluation of the UNAIDS Technical Support Mechanism (TSM), a mechanism to provide AIDS related technical support to countries.
To apply, candidates need to submit their CV and a very short proposal (no more than three pages) describing qualifying expertise and a proposed approach.
The deadline for submission is 14th October 2019. The consultancy is for about 25 working days, with little travel.
