ITC is looking for an evaluation consultant to conduct the analysis and draft the 2020 ITC Annual Evaluation Synthesis Report. The candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience in evaluation, with a proven record in drafting good quality / synthetic evaluation reports, including the use of data-visual graphics for different types of stakeholders, and in presenting complex reports in a succinct and user-friendly manner.
