The UNDP Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) works to enhance UNDP's development effectiveness to help men and women build a better life. The IEO strengthens accountability and learning through evaluation and partnership inside the organization.

The Deputy Director, reporting directly to the Director  secures de implementation of the IEO's annual  and multi-year workplans, exercising the Delegation of Authority given by the Director.
