The evaluation consists of a document review stage, in-depth interviews, an inception and final report, and may take place home-based given the current difficulties in international travel. Applicants are asked to submit a detailed proposal as outlined in the Terms of Reference before 26 October 2020, so that adequate time may be given to the evaluation before the end of the year.
