RFP: External Evaluation of IARA SEA Approach

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) intends to hire external consultants or a consulting firm to assess the Inter-Agency Risk Assessment on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (IARA SEA) approach. The objective of this evaluation is to inform the revision of the IARA SEA approach by the end of December 2025. More details can be found here.

- A brief description of the Consultant or Firm and an outline of recent experience on assignments of similar nature.
- An understanding of the assignment, description of the approach and methodology to conduct the evaluation.
- Confirmation of acceptance of the workplan timeline included in this RFP, or suggested alternative in line with indicative workplan set out in the Terms of Reference.
- Details of suggested team members, if any, and specific role in the evaluation.
- A total budget and a breakdown per deliverable in USD based on the estimated number of working days to complete each deliverable specified in the TORs.
- An indicative travel cost for: a) potential travel to the planned Global Workshop to present findings; b) four countries where data collection will take place and feed into the External Evaluation.
- The CVs of consultants who will be involved in the External Evaluation.
- Two examples of similar work undertaken in recent years.
- Three references.
