Bio
Daisy is a monitoring and evaluation professional with more than 11 years of progressive technical leadership in; program design and development, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation to programs at the community, national and regional levels. Daisy has implemented related monitoring and evaluations components such as; theory of change design, baselines, evaluations, activity MEL plans, program and quality assessments for programs in; transparency and accountability, freedom of expression, HIV/AIDS, education, WASH and health, livelihood, community media, conflict prevention and human rights. Daisy has a Master's degree in Economic Policy and Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics. Prior to joining the UN, she worked at Hivos International as the Design Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Africa) and at World Vision Uganda before that.
