Bio
Nakita Aboya is an Evaluation Analyst at the Office of Evaluation (OED), where she contributes to projects evaluations, country programme evaluations, resilience and thematic evaluations. Prior to joining the FAO, she worked as an Economist (Consultant) at the World Bank. She also served as a research assistant at the World Inequality Lab in Paris and as a consultant for the Ministry of Economics, Planning, and Regional Development in Cameroon. Furthermore, she was the Youth Representative and member of the Knowledge and Scientific Network for the UN Sustainable Development Goals Localization in UN Habitat. She holds a Master of Research in Economics and Finance from the University of Rennes 1 in France and is currently finalizing her PhD in Development Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome.
