Fumika Ouchi is an Evaluation Advisor at the Independent Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Her professional career at the UN began as Junior Professional Officer at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in 1994. Following her interest in evaluation in the international development context, Fumika worked as Evaluation Officer in various organizations, including the World Bank in Washington, DC, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Office of Internal Oversight Services at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna.
