This report is a Terminal Evaluation of a UNEP Climate Change and Security Project implemented between March 2017 and February 2022. The project's overall development goal was to reduce climate change-related disputes and increase security in fragile states, by making natural resources more resilient to natural and human-induced shocks and stresses, and livelihoods and natural assets less vulnerable to climate change risks.
